In this week's episode, we had the pleasure of interviewing  Nick Gray, who shared his hacks on hosting parties, speech giving, and socializing in general.

One of the main points he touched upon was how to host a party with kids. Nick highlighted the importance of creating adult relationships and offered suggestions such as hiring a sitter, providing childcare, or hosting a simultaneous kids party separate from the adults. It's essential to create an environment that is conducive to easier adult conversation and connection.

Nick also talked about his experience as a tour guide, how he practiced and improved his tour guide skills by reading survey forms and getting feedback from guests. He emphasized the importance of giving interactive tours where guests ask questions and they can have discussions together.

If you're an introvert, Nick suggests starting with easy icebreaker questions, like asking guests about their favorite breakfast food, to help spark conversations. He also offers great tips for cutting people off in a conversation and reading people to make sure you're inviting the right ones to your events.
